I stopped & sat down on a stone to change my socks, to prevent blisters. These cyclist passed me by & it is unbelievable how they can maneuver these rocky, gravelly trails. There are many men & women cyclist. I admired their powerful legs specially uphill. At times I see them walking along side their bikes in the uphill.
